Qualifications & Experience                                                                              

I have an honours degree in Music from Birmingham University, together with 2 Diplomas in Pianoforte Performance (one with honours), as well as a Distinction teaching qualification, but my background is firmly that of a working musician.

I am a former touring musician (...back in the 1980's I toured with Sir Cliff Richard!), including the USA, Canada, Europe and the Middle East. 

I have played on several albums, both of my own and of many others too. 

I am a professional composer and a member of the Performing Right Society by media performance of my works - many of my songs have appeared and continue to be featured every year on BBC & ITV.

I have played at all the major venues in the UK, the NEC Arena, Royal Albert Hall, Wembley Arena, St David's Hall Cardiff, Colston Hall Bristol,  Free Trade Hall Manchester, as well as quite a few local ones, Birmingham Town Hall, The Belfry (Sutton Coldfield), Nailcote Hall Berkswell, Nuthurst Grange Hockley Heath, Branston Golf and Country Club (Staffs), and so on.
